Algonquin College – International Language Centre Based in Ottawa, Canada’s capital, this full-time program at Algonquin College offers English as a Second Language (ESL) training in an academic environment. The program covers various levels of instruction, from beginner to advanced, with courses in speaking, reading, writing, listening, pronunciation and grammar.
