Miramichi River Adventure – Miramichi, New Brunswick (Ages 10-15) This camp, run by Atlantic Education International (AEI), is a combination of discovering youth’s creativity and technology skills, along with a cultural experience tying in Aboriginal, Acadian, Irish and Scottish heritage. Participants come from Canada and all over the world to enhance their leadership skills, take part in team building exercises, receive SMART training and engage in outdoor adventures. Some of the activities include: canoeing, SMART board training, horseback riding, photography, fly fishing, kayaking, beach combing, geocaching, outdoor cooking, archery and video production. Children have the option of living in a supervised lodge, or with a homestay family in the community.
